Formula

Gross Margin per Customer = ARPU × Gross Margin %. Average Customer Lifetime (months) = 1 ÷ Monthly Churn Rate. LTV = Gross Margin per Customer × Average Customer Lifetime. LTV:CAC Ratio = LTV ÷ CAC. CAC Payback Period (months) = CAC ÷ Gross Margin per Customer.
