Area = length x width
Perimeter = 2 x (length + width)
Decking boards = (area x (1 + waste%)) / (board width x board length)
Joists = (length / (joist spacing / 12)) + 1
Beams = length / beam span (rounded up)
Posts = (beams + 1) x 2 (if 2 post rows)
Concrete bags = posts x (post hole volume / bag volume)
Railing length = perimeter (minus house side if attached)
